Introduction to football skills and techniques - This is a non-contact football camp
Participants will learn the fundamental skills for football, including passing, catching,
running with the ball, and terminology.
The day will start with a football combine, alll will learn defensive and offensive position-specific skills.
Ending the day with flag football skills, drills, and games.
