No Contact - Individual Skills. Focus on Multi-directional speed and explosive jumps
Coach Mycyk is uniquely qualified to help athletes get faster and more explosive. She is able to breakdown speed development into a systematized format. I work specifically with speed and power athletes, athletes who need to get more explosive and faster, and athletes that need to develop specific components of speed that they need to excel at their sport.
Athletes who attend the camp or clinic should want to improve and be willing to apply instruction immediately.
The clinic is a one day camp we will focus on how to accelerate focusing on the 40-yard dash and also how to be more explosive with your vertical jumps.
The camp will be similar to the clinic but will include workouts during each practice and build on skills in a progressive way. It will allow campers to apply and build on skills each week.
Can people who play other sports attend?
Yes, If you jump and run in your sport in multi-directions sign up.
What age or grade level should attend?
Ideally, 6 grade to Semi-Pro level. This camp focuses on individuals skills so each person will be working on themselves vs team. if your person is 6 grade of younger I would request that you book a private one on one coaching experience with me. coachup.com/me/mycykspeed
How will you follow CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of CoVID-19?
- Touchless Handsantizer
- 6 feet apart ( Field will be marked)
- Coaches will have face covering
- Entire camp held outside
- Touchless temperature check before each practice
- Equipment will be sanitized during activities
- no contact camp- meaning each camper will not touch each other.
