In the Mastermind Cohort, participants receive one-on-one coaching in a group setting that will broaden their perspective and help them push beyond their boundaries to achieve their goals.

​Participants are also given access to our private online portal where they can continue their leadership development outside of group sessions.  The Mastermind Cohort is a peer mentorship group facilitated by Felicia Mycyk, professional motivator, coach and founder of DECIDE Self-Leadership™.

What do I need to do to be successful in the cohort?

To confidently grow as a leader in the Mastermind Cohort, you must do three things:

• Consistently show up and listen
• Be willing to apply what you learn
• Report back and share what happened

When does the cohort begin? How often will it meet?

​Cohorts have a rolling admission. (ie./ starting date will be postponed until the group is filled). You will be notified when your cohort has been filled and is ready to meet.

​Each Cohort runs for 6 months.

Cohort 1 begins on March 8, 2021 and will meet monthly at 8:00pm EST. Each meeting is one hour in length.  

Cohort 2 begins on March 13, 2021 and will meet monthly at 9:00am EST. Each meeting is one hour in length.

How many participants are in a cohort?

Groups are full at 10 participants.​
